The leadership of Jivan Adhar Sansthan reflects a powerful combination of structured management, grassroots understanding and deep social responsibility. The organization is guided by social activists who believe in long-term empowerment and organized community transformation.

The journey behind Jivan Adhar Sansthan is rooted in lived experience and social sensitivity. The founder’s social and academic background in Sociology provided a strong understanding of social structures, inequality and community behavior. Professional exposure in disciplined corporate environments further strengthened organizational capability and leadership perspective.

Despite working in structured professional sectors, there remained a continuous engagement with social services that are guiding unemployed youth, supporting families in distress, assisting with medical access and responding to emergency needs such as blood donation.

Over time, these activists’ acts of service evolved into a vision for a formal institution that could scale impact. In 2024, this vision materialized into Jivan Adhar Sansthan, transforming personal commitment into a structured social development mission.

The underlying belief remains simple: when one life changes meaningfully, society moves forward.

    Completed education in Sociology from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur.

Professional Qualification & Management Training

    Completed a three-year professional degree in Hotel Management.

  • Undertook management training in Delhi to strengthen administrative and leadership capabilities.

Hospitality Industry Experience

    Worked with reputed institutions including Taj Lake Palace, Trident Hotel, HRH Group and Hotel Fatehgarh.
